Anchoring

Deep water

A beach of fine golden sand about 700 m long in front of the Es Pujols promenade, the island's main resort, with stretches of low rock and fishermen's boathouses. A line of islets (s'Aigua Dolça, Illa Plana, Es Fonoll Marí) shelters it from the swell: the water is clean and calm and the slope very gentle, about 1.5 m deep 50 m from the shore. Very easy with children, with restaurants, bars and ice-cream shops right by the sand.

Anchoring on Posidonia is forbidden: the app shows the meadow on the map and warns you if the anchor would land on it.
