Small cove beside the headland of the sa Sal Rossa tower, which separates it from Platja d'en Bossa. It was the island's first salt-loading dock (16th century) and remains of the old salt precinct lie among its rocks; there are fishermen's huts and, in its western and most sheltered part, moorings and slipways. It lies in the sa Sal Rossa area, inside the Parc Natural de ses Salines d'Eivissa i Formentera.
